Kevin is an octopus chandelier commissioned for the entryway of private clients. This illuminated sculpture hangs from a 10 foot ceiling above the front door to a Cambridge, MA condominium. The chandelier is 30 inches tall, 40 inches wide and weighs 77 pounds. It is made entirely of cut steel pipe and is lit using 30 feet of Phillips Hue System LCD strip lights in the tentacles and a bulb from the same system lights the head. The piece is made with approximately 5000 pieces of pipe.
